Could anyone throw some light on this? While upgrading TSM server(TIVsmS)from 4.2.4.1 to 5.1.1.0, I have encountered the below error. Otherwise, it's working fine with the upgraded code. BTW, it's running on Solaris 2.6 ANR8451I 349X library IDS04ATL1 is ready for operations. ANRD

I run a script every day to pull out info out of the TSM servers about backups and one of my co-workers noticed something odd the other day that I did not see before. The script is just a Unix shell script that among other things executes a long select statement on each TSM server.

John, Server to server will only move data over the wan, there is no lanfree option at this time. If you are only using second site for backup then there is no need for TSM2 at all. Just define your second site library and drives with an new device class and stgpools on TSM1 Start a backup
