Hi Flemming, It is not the TRACEFLAGS keyword that is the problem, but the ALLPROC flag name, which is no longer valid. I'm not sure why you are tracing, but when I am working with customers on problems, I always use use TRACEFLAGS SERVICE unless I have a more exact idea where in the code the

I'm only responding because no on else has. Not because I no for sure that this will work. However, I don't believe you can use a database backup to a tape for this. You may be able to use a backup of the db to a file device class on a shared drive somewhere. Then a restore from there.
