The TSM client that's having issues was sending it's data to a disk pool
and not tape. The NIC's are set to 2GB on both. The TSM server was doing
approximately 6 NAS NDMP backups, 2 Admin Tape to Tape backup stgpool
copies and I believe there were approximately 6 TSM clients
Try transfer the file by ftp and get the estimate speed, on this way we will be
able to see the network speed time, and tsm network speed time

The dsm files are preformatted to the size you specified when they are
created. They are typically like raw disk devices. The size reported is
the physical size and not the size of the data contained in the dsm file
