Hi,
Try to send a output from the batch file between every line and including time
stamp so you can find out what in your script that maybe take a lot of time.
Maybe you have problem with VSSAdmin.

When do you get the problem and what OS are you running?

Also as Wanda say. But sources I have in IBM has they implement Cognos in to
TSM 6.3. Looking forward to see if Cognos is as good as BIRT.

Dedup. (I haven't test or heard if CBMR works
with Client Side Dedup yet).
I hope this helps as information for you all.
I preferred to use TBMR because I can easy overview it from the TSM Server much
easier and it takes less space on all storage pools.

DB2Diag is the DB2 log that tells more information about the SQLCODE error you
got and why you have it.
If you look in the link you maybe missing a some logs that maybe have been
removed.

Normally NICs do have a couple of files that don't belong to System State that
are binary and others.
The Mouse situation can't I explain but I'm guessing you have the same issue as
the NIC problem.

and the backup running fine via the
Scheduler (System Account).
I'm guessing that the account I'm using doesn't have the correct access level
to Exchange.
My question is what access level should a TSM Exchange Restore person have?
