Every IBM site seems to be needing a lot of getting used to. And now they
seem to be actively blocking google web crawlers the work around of using
Google often cant get any recent results.

'getting used to' change isn't the issue (I've been in the computer field
for 37-years - everything has changed numerous times). Taking something
easy-to-use and making it overly cumbersome and IMO non-functional (I still
haven't found the software I know we are entitled to and was easily found

I haven't been on Passport for a while. Now, when I needed it the most, I
can't find anything.
I used to be able to get what I needed in about 4-clicks. Now after
spending more than an hour wandering around the new easier to use site
clicking on everything imaginable, I still
Don't worry, you will get used to it. And in 6 months time, when you
finally master the new PA, IBM will change it again.
