:[ADSM-L] who makes policy for TSM?

Hi,
There are different kinds of servers and their corresponding teams in a
company: Windows-based, Linux-based, AIX and mainframe. Who should
normally
design/dictate backup policies for a central TSM?

It is translated from the business requirements (that are part business
demands based on RTO's and RPO's for services and governmental demands for
retention policies etc) to TSM bcg's and acg's in mc's within different pd's
by a capable TSM administrator and checked by at least one other person.
One of our clients uses Acronis for Windows bare/metal. Although we have
implemented TSM over there, they are sticking to their old solution and
ridiculously send the output of Acronis (which are large images) to TSM.
They deny the snapshot image of B/A client and even Fastback orCristie
