Reporting to Head of Relationship(Indonesia) and Head of Corporate Finance Asia(Based in Hong Kong),this role involves a broad understanding of Corporate Finance Products supported by Regional Product Support from Singapore and Hong Kong. You are required to develop an active pipeline of transactions from an active existing and growing customer base as part of the Franchise Expansion Program within country. You are required to possess strong focus on Natural Resources,Agriculture,Infrastructure,Financial Institutions,Multi Nationals, and local corporates. In conjunction with Relationship Management and other product areas, you are required to initiate and execute Corporate Finance and Advisory transactions in conjunction with regional product specialists. You are required to complete and maintain call activity reports. Also you are responsible for achievement of individual and team financial revenue and profitability targets and meeting objectives. You are required to establish excellent working relationships with relationship managers to ensure effective customer information flows and maximum opportunity to undertake corporate finance transactions. You are required to promote and deliver corporate finance product educate sessions to customers and internal stakeholders (mainly relationship managers).You are also required to employ and build support team as business grows. You need to possess superior product knowledge across broad spectrum of Corporate Finance & Financials Markets and their credit risk characteristics and also knowledge of local markets and contacts. Ability to speak Indonesian language is an important criterion for this role. Analysing and understanding client needs across diverse industry segments is essential for this role. You should demonstrate analytical and numerical skills and resulted orientation in delivering results in high pressure and dynamic environment. You should possess advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and succeed through collaboration. You should possess superior sales and presentation skills for this role and also you are required to share knowledge and skills with others.
