I use scientificlinux6 and el6-i386 repo.
Permission of /usr/bin/faad is 0644.

But WHY do you use apt on OS that by default uses yum?
There is no speacial reason. But yum is slow.
And be sure to download those release files to get latest repository
organization and URI.
