I was testing the audio output of a motherboard that has the ALC662 rev1
chip on it. The chip says it can handle 44100, 48000, and 96000 output at
16, 20, 24, and 32 bits. I used a Sencore DA795 Digital Audio Analyzer to
verify the output. So far, I can match 16-bit audio at all rates.

I've been playing around a bit with the Revo 7.1, and I was wondering about
the surround channels and the OSS compatibility layer. Is it possible to
access the 3 subdevices on the particular device (x:2) using /dev/dsp*, or
are they only available through the ALSA API?
