Hello there, as stated in the tittle, this sound card is not supported at
all by Linux. I already made a lengthy post in the Ubuntu forums asking for
help but the final conclusion was that the PCI ID for the Claro II is not

cat /proc
System.map to
System.map-kernel version is alsways created. I don't know where this
is in the boot scripts, but to solve the problem I just copied the new version
of the System.map (/usr/src/linux/System.map) to /boot/System.map-vesrion
