Thank your the advice on how to improve my satellite operation. Much
appreciated, and exactly what I was hoping for when I posted the questions
to the AMSAT BB. Tried it last night on a pass with mixed results. But
I think I understand the principle now.

TechEdSat appears to be quite sensitive to changes in the density
of the upper atmosphere. Small changes in solar activity have a
large influence on the expected decay date of this satellite.
The decay of TechEdSat is now likely to occur sometime in the
first 6 or 7 days of May.

I hope my packets make it into the digipiter and down...
Seems like the is not so much activity in APRS on the sats...
Anyone want to make a APRS packet?
