successfully launched the second Vega rocket from the Guiana space Center

Using the preliminary TLEs I heard ESTCube-1 beacon.
Pass AOS 0908 UTC.
Elevation 20 degrees max.
Adjusted frequency approximately 2 kHz up when listening in USB.
I did not note the time between beacons - but something like 2 min.
Congratulations to Estonian team.

On the last pass, orb. nr 4, good signal but only small pieces of text
as there is a lot of time between CW frames and I was waiting not exactly
on the frequency and time because of the approximate preliminary
parameters.
And I confirm OZ1MY observation, about 2 kHz higher than

TS-2000.

I believe that the Biomass satellite, just approved by ESA and slated for a
2020 launch, is a Synthetic Aperture Radar satellite that will operate 432-438
MHz.
As I recall 432-438 MHz was allocated to these broadband radar satellites about
a decade ago.

On 7th May 2013 1556z pass ESTCube-1 was heard in EL92sd with a great signal.
I was running a FUNcube Dongle with SDR-Radio V2.0 and ELK antenna with a
homebrew preamplifier. The ESTCube-1 beacon has a great signal.

Second e-mail to Northern Lights Software Associates netted an immediate
response from owner, Michael Owen, W9IP. The response included my
