A 1u cube satellite cost $50k Just get a university to sponsor it. A bird that can get out to 1200 KM is $150k . Three of these sat would get us several hours of coverage a day. AMSAT has approximately 4000 members so raise the dues $20 a year and by year 2 you have the money. Thanks
