Hello all,
In the following you see visibility predictions for the ISS generated 
with element sets 11 and 4 days old (from Ray Hoad) and new ones 
(from space-track).
Differences of about one and a half minutes do occur.
Even the orbit number changes !
Either you use the newest data or you should be patient ;)
