tk menus from Coccinella and pixmapmenus aren't related at all
Tk menus don't have any pixmap background the selection isn't pixmapized
too...
It could be great to improve simple menus but if we can provide pixmapmenus
too that would be greater ;)

about Coccinella's, they would look a bit better, but I suppose they would
still have the no-follow-mouse

anyway... either add an Enter binding or add a -cursor option, im not sure
which...

after one afternoon of hard hacking I managed to make Tk code work with our
menus !!
The only thing is we must have submenus as children of their parent menus but
it should have been like that since a long time as we used a non documented
feature of Tk...
Anyway, I think that now pixmap
