I'm new to this, but IIRC thedocumentation says it can't make multiple output files, which is exactly what youwant to do. You can use wildcards in the LOGFILE command in the CFG that will make it include every log file in a directory and combine it. I believe you can also enable daily reports.

could someone please advise me on how i could use this file to create a REPORT MAGIC report?
i'm befuddled, because REPORT MAGIC asks for a .DAT input - but the analogue output file is a HTML?

You need to set OUTPUT COMPUTER in
your analog config file and it's recommended that you rename the output
file too (e.g. OUTFILE report.dat) to avoid confusion about the type.
