A couple thoughts come to mind. Are you using exactly the same files on both Windows and VMS (the zip files on the VMS are standard zip format)? Is the byte order incorrect for the processor (Windows runs on mostly little-endian systems and most RISC processors are big-endian)? -- Jeremy
