[android-beginners] Hello World Help

Hi all I've just started to have a look at developing in Android, but I ashamed to say that I can't even get past the 'Hello World' example on the site. It doesn't seem like the application is running, nothing displays in the emulator and no breakpoints are hit. Below is the output:
