[android-developers] Getting the time of day from a cell site

I am writing an application that wants to know the time of day from a cell site. Any cell site that we can see is acceptable. I have not been able to find anything in the TelephonyServices or LocationServices that would allow me to do this.. Is there a way to get the time of day (any format is ok)
