*Java Developer - UI *
· Do they need angular forms,? For the lead spot YES
· Don’t’ focus on SPRING but focus on REST and KPI and right
attitude
· For someone who is the secondary or back up UI or Support UI
person is someone who knows about Angular know about directive, maybe
haven’t done custom.
· UI – HTML/HTML5, CSS, NODE (mini Services)
· Wants candidates with mobility experience (ideal), those willing
to learn, passionate about technology, etc.
· Start-up type environment
· NODE isn’t absolutely necessary but have some back end knowledge,
JavaScript knowledge, and those that can pick it up
· Someone who can do Angular but needs them to do it in the context
of a HUGE enterprise system that can run the stack
· Are they responsible for writing jasmine, unit test on client
side as well? If they’ve done Junit, or even End Unit, or whatever world as
long as they have some background w/ unit test in the past
· NO test driven development? No not really
· Would there be any other technologies around UI side of things?
1. Basic Bootstrap Starter and build up from there
2. CS – know what it is how it works and be fairly strong on it
3. How to structure HTML, CSS, JavaScript
4. Everything needs to flow correctly especially when you lay it out
w/in system of bootstrap
· Everybody needs to go down to the data access layer
· Certainly doesn’t need a DBA but not scared to go up and down the
food chain
· Are these true single page apps? Using Spring Web services?
· Yes, BOTH JAX and Spring
· Everyone should have SQL
· Basic SQL, object oriented
· Using Git for the injection

*Skills Needed:*
- UI Devs
- 5+ Years of Web (Java-based) development experience
- 3+ Years of Solid (full-time) Object Oriented Javascript
Development experience
- 3+ years of JQuery or Dojo
- Experience with a framework such as Angular, Bootstrap, knockout,
etc
- Some exposure to Java development (perhaps before they started JS)
- Experience consuming RESTful Webservices
- Should also know how developing web services works
- Nice to Haves
- Angular Experience
