I recently fell into similar problem. Browsing through web i came to know
the problem is known to amazon, follow the thread for the same

It has to do with https protocol. Try using http instead, works very
well to me.

I've run into a problem today that I can't solve. We're building a small app
that stores video files on S3 and offers playback in the browser. This works
fine on desktop browsers and iOS mobile devices but when trying to play the
videos on Android an error message pops up:
