Position Summary:
Manage IT Enterprise Applications handling Productivity, Service Management
and Internal ERP.  This role will work closely with internal Technology
clients and process stakeholders as well as other IT teams.  Act as primary
Application Owner for Office 365 suite to ensure that the needs of the
business are met and aligned with Technology’s vision and implementation.
Lead the management and implementation of systems supporting various
functions within the IT department such as WorkFront, ServiceNow, JIRA and
other document management and collaboration tools.   This position will
include project oversight, business analysis, planning and development
efforts and application support for the core clients and integrated
applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of the Office 365
suite and will keep current with all new productivity applications. Will be
able to effectively translate current business uses into these tools.
Build and maintain an adoption model and strategy.  They must have
experience with Internal Service Management. They will be both a strong
self-starter and effective collaborator, showing high interest in systems
and process improvement.  They should have strong technical, analytical and
problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, as well as good written and
oral communication skills.  They should exhibit the ability to work on
multiple assignments, meet deadlines, work independently, and be flexible.


Responsibilities:

   - Lead and manage applications and support major IT platforms (Microsoft
   Office 365, Service Now and WorkFront/AtWork)
   - Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Office 365 suite of
   applications as well as design a 365 roadmap.
   - Stays current with changes to Microsoft Office 365 services, features,
   and offerings.
   - Ensure alignment with internal IT groups of S&I, PMO and TOPS.
   - Gathers requirements and assists business users in building business
   solutions using latest version of SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, Delve
   - Partner with International IT manager to help leverage and identify
   opportunities for regional offices to utilize Enterprise applications.
   - Participate in the support of the new ServiceNow solution by ensuring
   all new modifications are aligned with system vision and workflows.
   - Provide support to our IT and Office Services business community which
   includes project planning, answering user questions, debugging systems and
   processes, and working with business analysts and developers directly to
   integrate changes.
   - Ensure that programs, initiatives & projects are delivered on-time and
   within budget. Manage risks appropriately & plan proactive mitigation
   - Regular status reporting including but not limited to budget, project
   & support status, resources to the IT leadership and stakeholders
   - Define, monitor and manage key application and service delivery metrics
   - SOW negotiations working with 3rd parties whose services are required
   - Ensure integrity of systems by supporting applications, analyzing
   recurring problems, finding and implementing permanent solutions.
   - Communicate effectively with users and technical staff to bring
   projects and issues to resolution while maintaining detailed issue tracking.
   - Prepare business problem definition, use cases and requirements
   documentation; generate business design and/or system specifications for
   the solution of business or technical problems.

·         Potential for other tools to be added as global support model is
built, as solutions are moved to the cloud and the need for Enterprise
collaboration tools expands

*Qualification Requirements*

Requirements:


   - 10 years of experience managing Application portfolios with multiple
   stakeholders from business & technology
   - PMP would be beneficial
   - Experience with Internal Service Management

·         Microsoft Office 365 experience required including but not
limited to:

   - Sites/SharePoint
      - Skype for Business
      - OneDrive for Business
      - Yammer
      - Delve
      - Dynamics CRM
   - Ability to build and maintain a strategic adoption model.
   - Remain current on application changes and technology trends
   - Quick to pick up new technologies (desire to stay leading edge) and a
   self-learner.
   - Ability to partner across multiple different teams, collaborate to
   successfully deliver key technology initiatives
   - Ability to manage multiple different projects, maintain portfolio
   level roadmap, plan, resource management, forecasting & estimation
   - Ability to influence and manage relationships across the organization
   even where no direct line of reporting exists
   - Ability to take & provide feedback positively
   - Team player with highest level of communication, information sharing &
   transparency
   - Strong analytical & problem solving skills
   - Ability to present, with confidence, complex ideas in visual and
   consumable way to varied level of business users
