Anyway, I don't see any reason to enforce particular language(s) in
apps. If people in my country can buy Android devices and access
Market to download apps and I'm willing to make free applications for
them, why should Google care about
Hmm, Good question. I guess, you should ask this question on the
Android Market forum, but don't hope to get an answer. :) They take
ages.
I think you will need to support one of the official languages
displayed while uploading. I am not sure though.
