The first question is: do you need to just send the file, or do you
need to send it in streaming mode? There is also progressive
download' (see http://dowire.org/wiki/Streaming_vs_Progressive_Download).
Sending it in streaming mode is harder. That is why protocols like
RTSP are defined. See

Far has I know not on the emulator... some problem consuming the UDP
packets... You have to have a terminal!

Something to do with UDP packets.
