*Rate $ 40 PH* *Visa: GC, GC EAD or Citizen* *telecommute role, can sit anywhere in US.* This is a very large ‘Blue Chip’ enterprise program with multiple Executive Sponsors and Sr. Business Leadership are engaged. The Core Business Team consists of a Product Manager, Project Manager, BA Manager, 2 Business Analysts and the current UAT Lead. This resource will work on the Test Planning and Execution of UAT for each release (in conjunction with the other UAT Lead). Test Case design and execution will be performed by the UAT Testers having business testing responsibilities across the 30+ impacted applications. This position will also work closely with IT Dev & QA/QCA counterparts. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) 1) Create and manage all UAT activities relating to Test Plan, Design, Execution and Close phases of the project: • Create Test Scenarios* • Create Test Plan* • Create UAT Schedule & Milestones* • Create Testing Workbook* • Create High Level Test Cases* - work with the UAT Testers to create detailed Test Cases. • Import the Test Cases into Rally, export and distribute to Testers • Update execution status each day in Rally • Create Traceability Matrix* • Create UAT Tester Guide* • Provide support to all UAT Testers to assist with any issues • Manage the Defect Process* • Create & send Daily Status Blast* derived from Daily Stand-Up meetings with QA/SIT Teams • Create the UAT Daily Test Execution Summary Report using Rally (Daily)* • Test any UAT defect fixes prior to hand-off to the UAT Testers • Chair the UAT Lessons Learned and create the Retrospective Report* • Create Final UAT Test Summary Report* 2. Schedule & Chair Daily Stand-Up, Defect & UAT Kickoff Meetings. 3. Attend all Project Meetings as directed by UAT Manager. 4. Review all Technical artifacts (SO, SAD, PRD, etc.) & User Stories with PO, BA’s, Architects, etc. Provide technical business input/clarification as needed with UAT Testers. 5. Create Data Requirements in ALM. Once data is received, validate the data meets the requirements and distribute to the UAT Testers. 6. Create UAT Folder/Test Case Structure in Rally*. 7. Coordinate & Lead a complete E2E workflow process test ensuring all required fields, data, reporting are populating/generating as required. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? • All MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. Must have strong Excel and Word experience. • CA Agile Rally - MUST be experienced. • WebEx Tools and integrated Cisco Jabber Instant Messaging. What skills/attributes are a must have? • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading large enterprise UAT or IT QA projects. Must have strong experience in coordinating across multiple UAT teams with interfacing applications into one Program solution. • Strong communicator able to effectively communicate across the organization; Senior Leadership through supporting Business & IT teams. • Process oriented self-starter able to multi-task and deliver within project timeline all required artifacts and deliverables with a high level of quality. • Must be able to look across the entire program and be able to anticipate needs and work with program team to find answers to questions. • Highly responsible and able to work remotely with minimal supervision. • Flexible Team Player willing to assist Business, UAT Testers, Dev & QA to ensure project goals are achieved. • Prior experience with Rally • This program will be developed within a mixed methodology. Need someone experienced with Agile Scrum teams but flexible enough to work within a Waterfall methodology as well. • No Prima Donnas need apply. This position will be responsible for all UAT activities and engagement. Need someone willing to jump in to execute test cases, record meetings minutes, whatever is needed at any given point in time. What skills/attributes are nice to have? • Prior experience at Health Care Company or within HealthCare profession preferred. • Testing Certification preferred. (ISTQB, QAI, etc.) • Prior experience with DB Tool – MS SQL Server, MySQL or comparable tool. Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred Health Care Company facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) Majority of the project team works remotely – this would be 100% Telecommute. Must have excellent internet access and be available online during core working hours. What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) Core hours will be 8am to 5pm CT.
