[android-developers] how to make scrolling text overlay for debugging

Hi, I am trying to debug on a phone. So I am trying to put some messages over the display. Some simple way to have messages stream down or such. Simple is good. I didn't see any examples anywhere.. Heres my layout. I have a touchview but I can remove that temporarily... Thanks for looking!
