6month project With UC Irvine (92697) Phone/Skype ServiceNow ITSM Process Consultant We are seeking a Consultant to review our initial efforts with a ServiceNow CMDB implementation, tell us where we're on track, and off track, and set us on the right course for success. We want to start quickly. We prefer a direct hire consultant, but can work C2C. 1. Review the current state of CMDB implementation. This is described in the previous section in general terms and additional information will be provided as needed. 2. Provide feedback on guidelines and strategies that have already been developed. 3. Suggest alternative strategies where oversights or possible pitfalls in plans are identified. 4. Make recommendations on the CMDB implementation planning and execution. 5. Provide advice on best practices for governance and maintenance of the CMDB once it is committed to Production. Must consider that we will not be hiring additional staff (e.g.,Service Manager) to implement the CMS or maintain the CMDB. 6.
