What We Need You to Bring • A deep desire to serve clients in a dynamic consulting environment and to build long lasting client relationships • Experience implementing and/or operating one of several leading GRC platforms (i.e., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, LockPath, MetricStream, OpenPages) • Demonstrated knowledge in several of the following GRC domains, including: o Risk Management o Policy and Standards Management o Audit Management o Compliance and Assurance Management o Regulatory Change Management o Incident Management o Third Party Risk Management and Assessments • Understanding of best practices for IT risk management, internal audit, vendor risk management, SOX, information security, privacy, and operational risk processes • Excellent understanding of information security and risk frameworks/standards (ISO 27001/2, NIST 800 series, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, COBIT, SANS Critical Security Controls) • Exposure to legal and regulatory requirements around information security and data privacy (FFIEC, GLBA, OCC Bulletin 29, PCI-DSS, HIPAA Security/Privacy, EU Data Protection Directive, NERC-CIP) • Proven ability to translate control requirements into implementable and sustainable technical/engineering controls • Demonstrated experience developing/testing internal controls, detailing/monitoring mitigation actions, and drawing risk conclusions • Innovative ideas and a willingness to challenge the status quo • Top notch written and verbal communications skills • A desire to actively participate in and lead client meetings, professionally and expertly • The ability to create succinct and accurate documents, incorporating text and technical design diagrams • 3+ years’ experience working as an IT risk or security professional managing a team and projects for a financial, healthcare, utility/energy organizations or professional services firm (Big 4 experience preferred) • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline • A willingness to travel when needed to work with clients at their location.
