I have a few friends with HTC Android phones (Desire and Wildfire) and
they all have the same annoying problem. If they have a contact in
gmail that has an address the address appears on one line in the HTC
address book and does not wrap, so cannot all be viewed. If you click
on it it opens

John, my comments are still showing up in the Market.
I did notice, that when I commented from a different phone previously,
that didn't have a sim, those comments didn't show. The phone I used
was previously used by someone else, who already commented on my app.

lower your rankings.

Long press on a comment in the Market client.
@Chris, On an Android Market website app page, you need to first click on
the User Reviews tab and from there you can give thumbs up/down and mark as
Spam. Not sure how much of a difference using them makes.
