I found once device connected to network, App Standby feature’s mAppIdleDurationMillis will be update to 94610000000 Which means device’s App Standby won’t put apps to in-active state till user used the device for 3 years? Value dumped with command: adb shell dumpsys usagestats Settings: mAppIdleDurationMillis=+1095d0h33m20s0ms
