Recently I've had people from various countries emailing me to say that my app is showing as not available in their country. My app is free and I was under the impression that free apps are available anywhere. I'm curious if there's anything more I can do to assist people in getting my apps through the Android Market. With the recent Console changes from I/O, I have both "All Countries" and "Rest of the world, except for" checked but no countries checked in the "except for" area. As far as I can tell, I should be available everywhere.
