The Apache Calcite team is pleased to announce the release of Apache
Calcite 1.6.0.
This release comes two months after 1.5.0 and is our second release
since graduation. It includes 70 resolved JIRAs and contributions from
over 15 contributors. As well as numerous bug fixes, features include
the UNNEST WITH ORDINALITY SQL function, improved support for complex
sub-queries, and a more robust framework for metadata (statistics).
You can start using it in Maven by simply updating your dependency to:
