I think the protocol is no protocol :)
I just test the transducer's coverage with aq-covtest
before and after to make sure that I didn't mess up
anything.
Also there is `hfst-compare', but note this:

What's the protocol for sorting stuff and removing duplicates? I am
thinking of doing this for uig-tur but would it be a lot of noise/garbage
in the history?
