[Apertium-stuff] apertium-swe-nor-0.1.1 released

For 17th of May, the Norwegian "grunnlovsdag" (constitution day), I'm releasing a "beta" 0.1.0 of apertium-swe-nor. Oh, and 17th of May is also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Day_Against_Homophobia,_Transphobia_and_Biphobia – so of course, swe-nor includes the pronoun "hen" :) This
