the gnucash-devel mailing list. Unfortunately, if I understand
correctly, qbhelpbrowser.cpp is not ported to qt4, probably because it
is not included in the list of files used in Makefile.am:qt4-port.

host=i386-pc-mingw32) and failed because when cstdlib was included,
mingw32-g++ complained about malloc being undeclared. It turns out this
