the same major release of gcc.

hotplug is still there for non udev systems, the rest is now done by udev +

mind:
that alsaconf does entries in modprobe.conf so remove these lines and rerun
alsaconf or try to run your soundcard without any modprobe.conf entry and let

Autodetect is disabled atm because the old kernels 2.6.13 didn't support the

hm well please delete this file if your xserver is not running, or do a reboot
with init s on boot prompt to avoid the xserver running.

your modprobe.conf contains oss modules and alsa entries!
remove them or put a # in front of them and all is fine

that is the reason why wlan-ng is not in testing _cs is broken, usb is a quick
fix but cs is really evil, they have a special cs file that is heavy modified
and i was not able to patch it to get it going.
