There is a known issue for the newly created user validation, please see
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-584 for the workaround.
The web UI for uploading jars on the other hand is not yet available, but is
already in the roadmap for 1.1 (http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-216).
