Stephen, We are finding we have problems sending through Ariel email to gmail accounts. The attachments cannot be opened by the person on the other end. We have also had problems sending to various hospitals but there is not pattern that we've been able to determine yet. Alexia D.

[ARIE-L] Weird thing going on with patron lists

I searched the archives because I thought this was discussed before but I was unable to locate anything pertinent. We are having a strange issue with our patron files. When using the Send to Patron option we will click on the patron in question and the information for another patron shows up.

[ARIE-L] Ariel alternative?

I have been having issues with Ariel for a while, the lasted being that the send to function is not working. After months of working with IT we just cannot figure out what is wrong... That and the fact that Ariel has not been updated in a very long time has lead me to consider alternatives.
