I'm very pleased to tell you that there is a nice comment on my Economic
Journal piece, Systematically Biased Beliefs, in the July issue of the
Royal Economic Society Newsletter. Though they get my name wrong
(George Caplan?!) I still can't complain.

What is predatory lending ? What are sub-prime rate
loans ? What is the problem with lenders lending at low rates ?

Sub-prime interest rates are actually considerably higher than prime
interest rates. Sub-prime refers to the creditworthiness of the
borrowers.
As for predatory lending in general, I will defer to others.
