Hi, I am trying to perform cross platform normalization for CytoScan and Omni using MSCN but the program stops after smoothing. I imported the Affymetrix raw intensity data and called the totalCn and Baf using CRMAv2 and CalMate. LogR ratio (log2 scale) and BAF were extracted using
