[Artemis-users] Artemis Export EMBL

Hi, I'm reading in a fasta file + a feature file in GFF format in to Artemis, and would like to merge them and export as EMBL format. But when I Save An Entry As EMBL format it does not include a translation of the CDS features, how can I get it to also include the translations in the EMBL

[Artemis-users] ACT and more than two genomes

Hi, How do I use ACT with more than two genomes? In the ACT Examples and Screen shots, there are pictures of three genome comparisons. I can do two Blast searches against one reference genome and merge the tables. But how do I open three genomes? Regards, Stefanie
