Looks like you were using Apache::ASP in the middle of a filter chain, and I never thought that quite worked, so wasn't not too careful with that part of the code recently. I will look into getting it to work again for 2.47, you will have to downgrade to 2.41 meantime. I will also try to get a test around this so I don't break it again.
