[Assp-user] Option list file 'local_emails' reloaded (LocalAddresses_Flat) problem

Hello I found that *often* (not always) when this is executed Option list file 'local_emails' reloaded (LocalAddresses_Flat) assp does not reload the file as required. I am forced to restart assp to really reload the list. I alread sent an email regarding this , now i have the log to show the
