For what it is worth,
I have had this issue recently and before in a previous version (oh, maybe
around 5 months ago). In both cases it was due to clamd sig versions
outstripping the installed version of clam32. It looks like some upgrades
of the sig files can cause an outdated clam32 to

Yes, no skipping if the sender is local.

Hi Fritz,

I am a little confused with your new option: DoNotCollectRed
Could you please elaborate on it's meaning, preferably in the GUI.
This is defaulted to not checked, which seems to be to be contrary to the

Hi again Fritz,
I take it that the green headings in the GUI are the 'Basic' settings that
are required for changes during initial config.
I think it may be helpful to state this, possibly in the text section at the
base of the right hand menu where the 'file:' information is.
While down
Maybe for completeness add Tie:RDBM to the 'Module Add-ons' section of the

Regarding Disallow Obfuscated URIs
I have noticed that this function does not block all types of obfuscated
URIs. While my perl is not quite good enough to get right to the bottom of
it, may I suggest that the description text outline briefly what types the
check does cover.
Eg currently,
1.2.7.1 (final),
Messages from local containing bad attachments appear duplicated in
info-stats adding to both Messages Passed (via 'local') and Messages
Blocked.

Dear Fritz et al,
I have found a little confusion in the logic of the option:

Dear Fritz et al,
May I put up for discussion, another option.
