Ok after a few more days of trouble shooting and digging I found PERL was the culprit, so i had to uninstall it , reboot then reinstall it with all the modules again and this fixed the problem of the UNKNOW ERROR BUT after removing and reinstalling PERL, the ClamAV Program broke and I cannot

I have clamav installed as instructed with clavav.msi (running as a service) runclamd (also running as a service) both are started and running and I have all the modules installed as required, but i am getting this error: Oct-13-07 16:11:34 File::Scan::ClamAV module version 1.8 installed but
