[Assp-user] MIME::Tools dep

In v1, I keep getting the MIME::Tools error in the logs, yet on a dev machine that I created where I could avoid the need to use rpm's I did the usual `cpan install MIME::Tools` and yet it still hands out the error? Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks!
