Perhaps there's a better way.. but with sendmail MTA, add a REJECT line
for virus addresses to /etc/mail/access. Works for me...

I get of ton of those as well, but aexp.com has a valid SPF. I just put
@aexp.com in my spfstrict file.

+1 for the spf resolution, I had to do this about 6 months back when everyone
was getting your IRS audit, BBB report etc emails all claiming they were from
aexp.com with nasty links to infect your PC's.

Use 'UserAttach' for your local domains. If you really care about
attachments, use the ASSP_AFC.pm plugin.

assp:

was sent - rejecting connection
You can prevent assp from making this
