server and the Outlook client doesn't use SMTP, so I can't route internal

old Symantec AV for SMPT server running behind ASSP that will reject
non-MIME compliant email and the only problems I have ever had was with Mac

This is flawed because Macallen is using ASSP as a smarthost, but ASSP
If you're not using subject as mailog name they will take care of
themselves by randomly replacing them with new spam/notspam messages.

Users can be excluded from contributing, that is standard procedure
I have run it on Windows prevoiusly and on CentOS Linux currently. I also
have my own RBL list and it works better than great since ASSP caches the
data and doesn't have to constantly check the RBL.
