I am looking to build a simple PBX to hook up with MS OCS 2007 and a Service
provider such as Vonage or Betamax for testing demo purposes.
Asterisk does not support SIP over TCP, so that would not work and SipX does
not Support B2BUA.
Any suggestions?

We are currently working on this using OCS 2007 R2. We are using Brekeke
and are having success. I am also considering playing with Freeswitch to
do this - although based on the time spent so far, going with an
audiocodes solution would probably have been a better choice.
