A while ago, I remember being able to select how my voicemail would be
stored in the "make menuselect" menu.
I'm compiling 20.4.0 and even though the configure step correctly found
both IMAP and ODBC libs and I can compile the app_voicemail.so,
app_voicemail_odbc.so and
Oh nevermind, it must have been a long time since it doesn't exist
anymore, I just selected the appropriate modules to load in
/etc/asterisk/modules.conf and voilà.
Though I wonder if it might not be time to refresh the dependencies of
this feature, especially the UW-IMAP libs. They are not
